DUTIES

Daily responsibilities to start, include but are not limited to: 

• Assist with the waxing process
• Cutting waxed fabric to specified sizes
• Maintain an efficient, clean, and safe working environment
• Examine the product throughout all processes, ensuring it complies with established quality standards 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• Great work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to doing quality work
• Flexibility is key; must be able to adapt and change directions quickly 
• Good interpersonal communication skills 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team 
•  Able to learn and meet production standards for quality and speed, with a strong attention to detail
• Requires punctuality and adherence to a set schedule, initially 7 AM to 3:30 PM (M-F)
•  Able to stand for long periods of time
• Strength to lift 50 lbs multiple times a day
• Must be able to bend at the waist to reach 38"-42" across a work surface that is between 38"-42" high for extended periods

Movement: The job entails various repetitive physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, using hands for tasks such as pinching and grasping, reaching, stooping, and crouching.

Vision: Specific vision abilities are required, encompassing close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,  depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. 

Instructions: The employee should be able to follow both written and oral instructions and procedures.
